✔️HOW TO ORDER
1 • • • Place your order

To begin an order, simply select your quantity and paper choice from the drop down menus.

1st drop down - select your quantity and paper thickness. You can choose from either 120 lb (single thick) or 240 lb (double thick) - double thick is also sometimes referred to as 'coaster weight'

2nd drop down - choose your add ons! You can choose from:
- envelope liners
- printed guest addresses
- both envelope liners and guest addresses

Then in the personalization box please list out:
- if you'd like white or ivory paper
- your ink color selection
- your envelope color choice
- your envelope liner selection (if added on)
- the details for both your save the date wording and return address

2 • • • Proofs

You will receive a proof of your design within 1 business day after purchase. (please note, I do take weekends off to be present with my family)

Nothing is printed without your approval!

Your proofs will arrive via your Etsy account, so please either check into Etsy frequently or turn on your conversation email notifications. If I don't hear from you within 48 hours, I will also reach out through email.

3 • • • Production & Arrival

Your custom printed designs typically ship within 7-10 days of proof approval. All orders ship USPS Priority Mail.

💌CAN YOU PRINT MY ADDRESSES?
Yes! You can find that add on in the 2nd drop down menu.

I'll need your addresses in either Excel, Numbers or Google sheets with the following format:
Column A - guests names
Column B - additional guests names (typically for children or roommates)
Column C - address line 1
Column D - address line 2
Column D - city, state and zip code (please combine these 3 things together!)

You won't be able to attach this file to an Etsy message, so please email it to me at laura [!at] invitedbylamaworks.com

**I do not provide editing services on your guest list! I'm happy to give suggestions or answer any questions, but your addresses will be printed exactly as you send them to me in your file. You will receive proofs to look through before I print!

✔️CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
I encourage you to message me with any questions or concerns you may have before purchasing a listing.

Orders cancelled within 1 business day of purchase will be fully refunded as long as I have not started working on your poofs.

Orders cancelled after receiving a custom proof will be subject to a $100 design fee. The remaining balance of your order will be refunded.

Orders cancelled after the physical production process will not be refunded in any way.

Due to the personalized nature of all invitation refunds, replacement or exchanges are not possible once approval to print has been received. All packages are insured during shipping, so if there is any damage to your order, replacements will be provided as long as proof of the damage is provided for the insurance claim.

Rush orders are available for an additional fee!

Rush orders can get out in as little as 1-2 weeks.

Placing a rush order means that your order is at the top of my priority list for both design and printing. Your emails are the first I answer during the day.

Excessive changes to the design, incomplete information or delays in replying to messages on your end will delay the process. The faster we get through proofs, the faster your invita

I totally get it - things happen! If you need to cancel your order, you will be issued a partial refund that I evaluate on a case by case basis.

First, I calculate the number of hours I have spent on the design work multiplied by an hourly design rate of $150 per hour. Your refund will be a full refund, minus this amount, minus any costs already incurred by ordering product.

In general , If we have not ordered paper, you will be issued a 50-75% refund. If we have ordered some items, it maybe 25-50%.

If we have already ordered your prints, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

Yes! I will send you as many proofs via PDF that we need until you are happy with your design.

I'm a stationer that sends out proofs of everything (even personal stationery!) You will receive PDF proofs that are formatted ono 8.5x11" paper so you can do a quick test print at home to make sure you love the font sizes.

Once we are done with digital proofs, you also have the option to receive a complimentary printed proof if time permits. Printed proofs are only available for wedding invitations.

Absolutely! I want you to know what you're getting and put your total faith in me.

You can order a sample invitation right from the listing. Just select the 'sample' from the ordering drop down menu. All samples are pre printed so I can get them out to you in a jiffy, so I can't customize them, but I'm happy to include additional paper swatches so you can play around with them and find the best colors for your wedding.

Invited by LamaWorks is not liable for typos. To avoid typos, I typically copy and paste your wording directly from what you send me - that way I don't have to worry about spelling Connecticut correctly every time!

Please proof read carefully and make sure everything is correct before submitting your approval to print.

You will receive your proos on in 8.5x11" files so I recommend proofing on your phone, on your computer, printing them out AND sending it to at least 2 other people to look through.
