Rush orders can get out in as little as 1-2 weeks.

Placing a rush order means that your order is at the top of my priority list for both design and printing. Your emails are the first I answer during the day.

Excessive changes to the design, incomplete information or delays in replying to messages on your end will delay the process. The faster we get through proofs, the faster your invita

I totally get it - things happen! If you need to cancel your order, you will be issued a partial refund that I evaluate on a case by case basis.

First, I calculate the number of hours I have spent on the design work multiplied by an hourly design rate of $150 per hour. Your refund will be a full refund, minus this amount, minus any costs already incurred by ordering product.

In general , If we have not ordered paper, you will be issued a 50-75% refund. If we have ordered some items, it maybe 25-50%.

If we have already ordered your prints, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

Absolutely! You can use whatever wording fits your wedding day best. It may change the layout a bit, but I'lll take care of that! Any changes you nee dwill turn into a beautiful design.

Most wedding invitations and stationery sets I print in house using digital printing or digital white ink.

I do also have an outside printer that I can use for:

- foil

Yes! I will send you as many proofs via PDF that we need until you are happy with your design.

I'm a stationer that sends out proofs of everything (even personal stationery!) You will receive PDF proofs that are formatted ono 8.5x11" paper so you can do a quick test print at home to make sure you love the font sizes.

Once we are done with digital proofs, you also have the option to receive a complimentary printed proof if time permits. Printed proofs are only available for wedding invitations.

You can order a sample invitation right from the listing. Just select the 'sample' from the ordering drop down menu. All samples are pre printed so I can get them out to you in a jiffy, so I can't customize them, but I'm happy to include additional paper swatches so you can play around with them and find the best colors for your wedding.

Invited by LamaWorks is not liable for typos. To avoid typos, I typically copy and paste your wording directly from what you send me - that way I don't have to worry about spelling Connecticut correctly every time!

Please proof read carefully and make sure everything is correct before submitting your approval to print.

You will receive your proos on in 8.5x11" files so I recommend proofing on your phone, on your computer, printing them out AND sending it to at least 2 other people to look through.
